Acquisitions/disposals can be complex with many parties involved on both sides. Delays,  heavy  workloads and  inexperience can lead to errors, additional costs or lost opportunities. More often than not a deal leader is needed with an overview and vision of the whole transaction leading to its timely and successful completion.

We will assemble and lead an experienced transaction team co-ordinating the delivery of the legal, financial, tax and funding elements of the transaction ensuring the acquisition/disposal completes on time and on budget.
